Processing
- Orders are generally processed within 2 to 5 business days before carrier pickup. Business days exclude weekends and carrier-observed holidays.
- Tracking details are issued after the carrier's acceptance scan.
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer at carrier handoff where the law allows. Genesis Core is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather or customs.

The lower 48 states, Alaska and Hawaii are supported. Availability for U.S. territories varies by carrier lane.

U.S.-only products
Some products can only be shipped within the United States. They are marked on the product page and in your cart, and an international order that includes one cannot be completed.

This site does not currently add sales tax at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the customer's responsibility.
